FLEXIS Consulting Ltd is a Human Resource Consultancy, based in London, specialising in the provision of a web-based Flexible Benefits package to assist small and medium sized companies provide a "leading edge" package of benefit provision to their employees. Companies lease our FLEXIS ON-LINE administration service, allowing them to concentrate on their Core Business.

In addition, FLEXIS is able to offer a number of complimentary HR services aimed at motivating and rewarding high quality individuals and teams.

WHAT ARE WE TRYING TO DO / ACHIEVE?

Our aim is to help clients realise the true worth of their employees as a critical     resource towards achieving their business objectives. Directors often fail to realise     that their employees are the Unique Selling Point (USP) of their company. • Flexible Benefit Consultancy – Assistance to companies in the design and implementation of the FLEXIS ON-LINE employee benefit package

• Web-based Flexible Benefit administration package and service. FLEXIS   ON-LINE is a web-based package that will allow employees to choose how to spend their benefit provision. A helpdesk is provided to assist in the administration of the scheme.

• Internal Communications advice. A well-designed and well-administered flexible benefit scheme only adds value if it is well communicated to staff. FLEXIS will   assist your HR department in this communications process, thereby maximising  the returns on your investment.

• Loyalty Schemes. By being a member of FLEXIS ON-LINE, staff will enjoy the benefits of discounted attractions from retail outlets to holiday destinations. Individuals will be able to take advantage of many discounts schemes obtained by FLEXIS Consulting on behalf of your employees.

• Team Building and Management Training. FLEXIS Consulting will provide the facilities and facilitators to enable you to carry out Team Building days and weekends at a number of locations closed to London and throughout the country.
